Trial classOksana has been practicing yoga since 2018. After falling in love with yoga and experiencing the benefits of the practice firsthand, she wanted to share this experience with others and introduce them to yoga so that, through practice, they could better understand themselves.
In her work, Oksana adheres to the principle of “do no harm.” In her classes, she encourages students to listen to their own sensations first and foremost, while strictly following the instructor’s instructions. She considers herself a gentle yet demanding teacher.
For Oksana, yoga is a psychophysical practice that influences the body and inner state through asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation.
