About the teacher

Olga has been practicing yoga since 2014 and teaching since 2017. For her, it’s a way to connect with herself through her body, breath, and mindfulness. For her, the practice isn’t about achieving a perfect physique or performing complex asanas, but about reaching a state where she feels a little more stability, clarity, and grounding within. Yoga helps Olga better sense her limits, notice her body’s needs, and recharge amidst the pace of modern life.

At first, yoga was a source of personal support for her, but over time, she felt a desire to share what helps her not only physically but also emotionally. For Olga, teaching is an opportunity to create a space where people can slow down, exhale, and feel better without pressure or comparison.

It is important to Olga that the practice be gentle, understandable, and safe, and that classes do not create a sense that one must conform to anything. For her, attention to breathing and individual differences is more important than the difficulty of the asanas. She strives to explain things clearly, offer adaptations, and create an atmosphere where people can practice without fear of making mistakes. Her style combines a gentle approach with attention to technique, so that after practice, people feel a pleasant tiredness in their bodies and a sense of calm within.
