How Functional training
works

All sessions are structured from simple to complex, so you can immerse yourself in the practice step by step and get the most out of it.

  • Gentle warm-up

    We start with a gentle joint warm-up and prepare the cardiovascular system for exercise. We establish the connection between the brain and muscles to ensure optimal performance.

  • Main training block

    Performing circuit or interval exercises. We use equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, fitness balls) or work with bodyweight, tailoring the intensity to your level.

  • Recovery and stretching

    We lower your heart rate and gently stretch the major muscle groups to speed up recovery and ensure you leave the session feeling great.
