Fitball in Batumi

Exercises for muscle tone and balance. Group and private sessions for all fitness levels.

What is Fitball?

It is a form of functional fitness performed on large, elastic balls, designed to improve balance and coordination. Due to the unstable surface, all muscle groups are engaged, including the deepest ones.

The exercises help develop proper posture, strengthen the core, and tone the body without excessive impact

How Fitball
classes work

All classes are structured from simple to complex, so that you can immerse yourself in the practice step by step and get the most out of it.

  • Warm-up and balance

We start with simple movements on the ball to get used to its dynamics. We warm up the joints and engage the balance system.

  • Main functional block

We perform a set of strength and static exercises. We use the ball as a support, a weight, or an unstable platform to work all muscle groups.

  • Stretching and relaxation

We use the fitness ball for deep and safe stretching of the spine and muscles after exercise. We finish the workout with a gentle cool-down.
