How Zumba
classes work

All classes are structured from simple to complex, so you can immerse yourself in the practice step by step and get the most out of it.

  • An energetic warm-up

    We start with simple rhythmic movements to warm up your joints and gradually raise your heart rate to the beat of some great music.

  • Dance marathon

    The main part of the class consists of different tracks (salsa, bachata, reggaeton, merengue). We repeat the sequences after the instructor, gradually increasing the intensity.

  • Gentle cool-down

    We finish the class with a calm track to regulate our breathing and gently stretch our muscles after the intense workout.
