Dynamic and static stretching. Group and private classes for all fitness levels.
Stretching is a set of exercises designed to improve the flexibility of muscles and ligaments and increase joint mobility. A unique approach to stretching by Yulia Shasharina. A mix of exercises (bends, twists, folds, lunges, swings, rotations, and lifts) from yoga, Pilates, mobility training, and dynamic and static stretching.
Thanks to these classes, your body becomes more flexible, muscle tension is relieved, and your overall well-being improves significantly.
Regular workouts help improve your overall health and enhance your quality of life.

Stretching helps you relax, relieve nervous tension, restore breathing, and normalize sleep.
All classes begin with a warm-up, after which we smoothly transition to the main part of the session, working the entire body from head to toe.
We prepare the body for exercise, gently warm up the joints and muscles, and get in the right mindset for a productive workout.
We alternate between dynamic stretching (which activates the nervous system and maintains muscle tone) and static stretching (holding poses for 20–60 seconds, deeply relaxing the muscles under the weight of your own body).
We end the session with complete relaxation, bringing our breathing back to a calm rhythm and consolidating the benefits of the stretching.
The classes are suitable for all fitness levels: the instructor will adapt the exercises to your body’s capabilities.
We recommend consulting a doctor. Stretching has the following contraindications:
Although the main focus is on flexibility, active stretching sessions improve lymphatic flow and metabolism, which promotes healthy weight loss and reduces swelling.
Yes, stretching is beneficial at any age, as it maintains joint mobility; however, it’s advisable to consult a specialist before beginning the practice.
Any comfortable workout clothes will do. We exercise in socks or barefoot so you can better feel the ground and connect with your body.
