Literally from birth. Your baby can lie next to you on a mat, in a baby carrier, or in a car seat. For older children, there are soft beanbag chairs and a drawing table in the lobby next to the studio.

That’s a completely normal part of the process. Our studio is filled with joy and understanding. You can always take a break to tend to your little one and return to your workout when you’re ready.

Of course! If your little one is already at daycare or with a babysitter, come spend some time doing something good for yourself and enjoy gentle fitness in pleasant company.

Yes, we have an elevator and a designated area where you can leave your stroller. We’ve done our best to make your journey to the studio as comfortable as possible.

Any comfortable workout clothes will do. We exercise in socks or barefoot so you can better feel the ground and connect with your body.
