How Body balance
classes work

All classes are structured from simple to complex, so you can immerse yourself in the practice step by step and get the most out of it.

  • Tai Chi warm-up

    We start with gentle, flowing movements to warm up the body, regulate your breathing, and leave all distracting thoughts behind.

  • Strength and endurance

    The main part of the class, where strength poses from yoga and Pilates alternate dynamically. We work on balance and endurance at a comfortable pace.

  • Relaxation

    The final part of the session. We sink into a state of complete calm, allowing the body to recover and consolidate the results of the workout.
