Partner acrobatics and balancing acts built on trust and teamwork. Group and private sessions for all skill levels.
A modern partner practice that combines acrobatics, classical yoga, and massage techniques. You’ll learn to work together as a pair, trust your partner, and perform beautiful aerial poses.
The classes build strength and balance, provide a boost of lively interaction, and allow you to experience your body’s capabilities in a whole new way.
Developing physical skills through play and interaction
Holding poses in the air requires active engagement of all the body’s muscles.
Teaches you to let go of hyper-control and effectively rely on your partner.
Develops skills in tactile interaction and communication through movement.
Helps you go beyond your usual limits and feel a sense of lightness.
Allows you to experience your body in a new way through acrobatic elements.
Gentle spinal stretching in the air relieves tension in the back and neck.
All classes are structured from simple to complex, so that you can immerse yourself in the practice step by step and get the most out of it.
We start with a warm-up and special exercises to develop balance as a pair. We learn to sense each other’s center of gravity.
Learning basic positions and transitions. We work in trios (base, flyer, and spotter), which ensures complete safety for every participant.
We conclude the class with partner relaxation techniques and massage elements to relieve muscle tension and thank each other for the practice.
Not at all. During classes, we constantly switch partners so you can learn to work with different people and techniques.
Of course. Acroyoga is based on the laws of physics and skeletal structure, not on immense strength. We teach you to perform everything with technique and ease.
Safety is our top priority. All new moves are practiced with a spotter who monitors every movement.
The practice is accessible to almost everyone. Contraindications: high blood pressure, chronic illnesses, and being overweight (up to 100 kg).
Choose comfortable clothing that won’t ride up or get in the way during flips. We practice in socks or barefoot for better grip.
